Noam’s Expertise:
For the past 18 years, Noam has dedicated his life to creating resilience—both environmental and social—through groundbreaking projects like the Dead Sea Revival Project and the Sderot Media Center. Recently, he served as Foreign Affairs Manager at ISRAEL-is during the Gaza war, advocating for the release of Israeli hostages, and managed projects at the "Survived to Tell" center in Sderot.
